• Building detailed schedules using estimating tool exports, for civil, structural and piping work
in collaboration with a broad execution team, ensuring proper network logic and resource

• Working closely with the Field Engineers, General Forepersons and Project Coordinators to
provide daily progress updates to the client via formal meetings and reports

• Operated and maintained WinPCS, a custom Earned Value tool software, developed by Turner
Industries Group, which is used to track all current contracted work performed by Turner
Industries for Shell (an average of 80 active work order numbers) at the Deer Park, Texas
location
• Created and distributed custom reports containing: efficiency rates of all current projects,
work-hour utilization, expended budgeted hours, Project Coordinator productivity and general
percentages of work completed
• Entered and edited estimated Structural and Civil projects in Quickplan and produced the
necessary export files for PCS
